Our Process
1. Initial Consultation
Reach out to one of our team in-store or online. The first call is about getting to know you and your requirements.
2. The Decoration Process
Following an on-site visit – or an assessment of blueprints if necessary – our decorator will draw up a plan and put together a virtual shopping list.
3. Delivery & Installation
Once you’re happy with the layout and pieces, our team will arrange for procurement and delivery, which ensures that all items are unpacked and placed with the utmost care and attention. For larger projects, our decorator will be on-site to oversee the installation and make sure everything is fully set up – this end-to-end service is our speciality.
